The Minister, Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has appointed a former Editor of Nigerian Tribune and Publisher, Pees Reporters, Mr Jackson Udom, his Chief Press Secretary.
In a statement signed by the Chief of Staff to the Minister, Sir Etekamba Umoren, the appointment takes effect from Tuesday, 8th June, 2021.
Udom was Special Assistant on Media to the Minister when he was the governor of Akwa Ibom State. He was also his Legislative aide when he was the Senate Minority Leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Udom replaces Ekong who has been re assigned.
