Panel 2 of Akwa Ibom State Elections Petition Tribunal disbanded

Arising from protest by the APC, Justice Jennifer Ijorhor and two other panelists have been ordered to recuse themselves from cases assigned the Panel 2 tribunal.

However, for lack of much time left before expiration of the statutory 180 days, Justice Jennifer Ijorhor will continue with a few National Assembly cases that have already been far heard
