Senator Godswill Akpabio on Friday rounded off his tenure in the 8th Senate of the Federal Republic with the uncommon empowerment of his constituents. One thousand two hundred indigenes of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District and beyond were presented with a cheque of N100,000 each, while school children were given starter packs.
