Former Nigerian Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan have been noted to be conspicuously absent at the Eagles Square venue of the ongoing Democracy Day celebration in Abuja, the nation’s capital.

Former presidents and Heads of State had been formally invited scheduled to arrive the venue by 9.35am.

Obasanjo, apart from his hardline and consistent criticism of President Muhammadu Buhari’s first term administration, had advised Buhari not to run for the 2019 Presidential election.
