Group congratulates Akpabio on nomination and clearance as Minister
The nomination and clearance of Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, for the position of a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has been described “as a demonstration of strong confidence that President Muhammadu Buhari  and Nigeria has in your capacities for service delivery”.
The group, Godswill  Obot Akpabio Loyalists and Supporters – Uyo Senatorial District (GOALS – USD),  stated this in a statement it issued after its caucus meeting in Uyo on Thursday.
According to the statement signed by Mr Clement Ikpatt and Jackson Udom, President and Secretary General respectively, the group thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for giving Akpabio another opportunity to showcase his capabilities for uncommon leadership and outstanding national service.
