National Association of Seadogs (Pyrate Confraternity) writes Gov Ayade over Jalingo
The Association of Seadogs aka Pyrate Confraternity, has appealed to the Cross River State Governor, Prof Ben Ayade, to intervene in the ongoing incarceration of Agba Jalingo, over his attack on his administration.
