The paramount ruler of Ibadanland’, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso 1, has been described as a traditional ruler imbued with high integrity and immense wisdom.
Foremost engineer and a prominent Ibadan indigene, Engineer Aderemi Oseni, said this in his congratulatory message to the Olubadan on the occasion of his 92nd birthday celebrations.
Oseni, a notable philanthropist of note and Managing Director /CEO, Step Development Limited, in the message on Wednesday, attested to what he described as the sterling leadership qualities of the traditional ruler.
According to him, Oba Adetunji has, through his sterling qualities, ensured the sustenance of peace, progress and unity in Ibadanland and its environs.
“Kabiyesi, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso, is a revered monarch who has, through his sterling leadership quality, courage, high integrity and immense wisdom, been able to ensure the sustainace of peace, progress, unity and harmony across the land.
“I pray that God Almighty will grant Kabiyesi sound health, immense strength and long life on the throne of his forefathers,” Engineer Oseni stated in the message.
