The Governor Udom Emmanuel-led administration in Akwa Ibom State, on Thursday, distributed palliatives sent to the state by the FG as ways of alleviating the suffering of the people during the COVID-19 lock down.
Expectedly, the state government is now distributing the relief materials as part of its yuletide gifts to its supporters.
It would be recalled that Emmanuel, while reacting to media reports that he was hoarding the FG palliatives in an unknown warehouse in the state,

while the people were starving, stated that the food stuff sent to the state were bad, contaminated, poisonous and not good for consumption.
