
Few days after the suspended Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, publicly denied ever accussing former presidential aide, Mr Reno Omokri of sexual harassment, her action has been described as an afterthought, adding that she begged to settle out of court monetarily.
In a statement on the denial by Akpoti-Uduaghan, Omokri said,” her denial is an afterthought and should be disregarded by right thinking people because that is her stock in trade. She is prone to making false claims, having previously accused me of sexually harassing her.”
Akpoti-Uduaghan had in the said interview, lied that she had never accused Omokri or any other person of sexual harassment, except Senator Godswill Akpabio.
Omokri in the statement dismissed Akpoti-Uduaghan denial as “an extension of falsehood”, noting that the suspended Senator, had in the past, falsely accused him and subsequently made substantial monetary compensation to him through Emmanuel Uduaghan, who later became her husband.
