Aides of the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio GCON, on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the wife of the Senate President, Dr Unoma Godswill Akpabio, at the newly commissioned PIO Football Academy, Airport road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
The PIO Football Academy is a Cambridge- curriculum institution, focused on nurturing excellence in academics and sports.
Its programs are tailored for students in years 7 through 11, preparing them for both international qualifications and sports careers.

To promote sports and academic excellence in the early adolescents for local and global comparative advantages.

• To provide standard sports and educational facilities and ensure students maximise their potential
•To blend sports and academics through a Cambridge certified curriculum
• To expose students to international partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
•The pioneer students are on merited scholarship, while those who are capable of footing the bills of their children and ward are encouraged to do so
