Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has fired his Commissioner For Agriculture and Food Sufficiency.
The commissioner’s sack was contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government Mr Ekuwem.
The letter directed the former commisoner to hand over government property in his care to the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, while the commissioner for Science and technology is to act in the interim.
