Eden Hazard vows to win Europa League

– Eden Hazard sets his eyes on winning Europa League title for Chelsea before joining Real Madrid

– Hazard however does not reveal if he would leave the Stamford Bridge at the end of this season, but wants to give them a title

Belgium international Eden Hazard has vowed to help Chelsea win silverware at the end of this season.

The 28-year-old was instrumental to the Blues to the final of this season’s Europa League final following their victory over German League side Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday, May 9.

Hazard scored the winning penalty that secured final ticket for the London club at Stamford Bridge after both sides played 2-2 aggregate draw.

UK Telegraph however reports that the attacker wants to give the club something to remember if he joins Real Madrid this summer by winning them the Europa League title.

Hazard told the media after their semifinal triumph over their Bundesliga opposition said:”If it’s my last game I will try to do everything for this club to win a trophy.

“In my mind I don’t know yet. I don’t think about that. I’m only thinking about winning something for this club and this squad.”

When asked about taking the decisive penalty with what could have been his last-ever kick at Stamford Bridge, Hazard added: “I always take my responsibility when I have to.

“Today we are happy but it’s not finished. We have another game to play against Arsenal. We need to go there and play with quality and win the game.”

Maurizio Sarri’s men will battle fellow Premier League club Arsenal at the Baku Olympic Stadium on May 29 for the European trophy.

Both sides played 2-2 aggregate draw after the two legs before deciding the game through the spot kicks.

The Blues will now battle Arsenal in a bid to win their second Europa League title later this month at the Baku Olympic Stadium.
